Corporate Operations
Peter is a member of the Group Executive team and leads the successful implementation of NOVA Entertainment’s company strategy and operations. Peter is responsible for the People Experience, Legal, Technology and Corporate operations.
Brendan is responsible for the planning and development of NOVA Entertainment’s company strategy and leading strategic business growth initiatives.
Craig oversees and manages a programming team of presenters, producers, journalists, personalities, and sport broadcasters.
Marina oversees the facilities and administrative management of NOVA Entertainment’s Melbourne and Adelaide offices as well as Executive Assistance to key executives across those markets.
Finance
Georgia is a member of the Group Executive and is responsible for leading NOVA Entertainment’s financial function.
John is responsible for financial governance and advising on critical commercial projects. John also leads Nova Entertainment’s property strategy and the Melbourne cross functional market leadership team.
Legal
Danielle is a member of the Group Executive and is responsible for leading NOVA Entertainment’s legal function across all facets of its broadcasting and audio entertainment activities.
Frances manages the legal team and works closely with all levels of the business to deliver on legal strategy, minimise risk and increase legal compliance.
People Experience
Amanda is a member of the Group Executive and is responsible for leading the People experience function with a focus on innovation, coaching and career growth.
Catrina works closely with all levels of the business to support the delivery of the people strategy and provide expert guidance and support.
Programming
Brendan oversees Programming Operations across all broadcast stations as well as leading commercial integration opportunities across all audio channels. Brendan also serves as Program Director for Nova 106.9.
Shayne is responsible for overseeing the strategy and operation of Star 104.5 and our Nova DAB stations. Shayne also serves as Music Director for Star 104.5.
Peter is responsible for the Sydney market, in addition to the network shows of KTJ, Best of Fitzy & Wippa and Smallzy’s Surgery. Peter also oversees smooth 95.3, smooth 91.5 announcers and content.
Mary assists the Head of Programming overseeing content on Sydney’s Nova 96.9 workday, weekends, Smooth Network (SYD/MELB) & DAB stations.
David oversees Perth's Nova 937, leading the station's programming strategy and their market leading breakfast show, Nathan, Nat & Shaun. David also acts as the Market Lead for Perth.
As Program Director Network shows, Sarah leads the day-to-day management of Nova Network’s flagship national shows.
Sarah brings over 2 decades of broadcast expertise to support the producers working on The Chrissie Swan Show, Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel, and Smallzy’s Surgery, while also working with Brendan Taylor on programming strategy.
Marketing & Digital
Adam is a member of the Group Executive and is responsible for growing audiences and inventory across NOVA Entertainment’s broadcast and digital platforms. His team comprises brand marketing, audience engagement, digital content as well as product, data and distribution.
Rachel oversees all original content created by our inhouse podcast and editorial teams. This includes NOVA’s suite of original podcast titles as well as digital content from our broadcast radio shows.
Troy is responsible for the execution of all marketing strategies designed to grow audience and brand connections for NOVA Entertainment’s radio and digital on-demand products.
Tim is responsible for aligning technology, data and operational frameworks to build and enable new digital and data capability across the NOVA Entertainment network.
Dee leads NOVA Entertainment’s Audience Engagement Division, with a particular focus on content and operations.
Commercial
With a breadth of commercial experience across the media sector and a track record of driving growth through digital transformation, Nicole is responsible for the development and execution of NOVA Entertainment’s commercial strategy.
Nicole has extensive media experience across both online and offline channels from some of Australia’s largest publishing and broadcast organisations.
Katie oversees the Adelaide commercial team driving positive revenue performance and leading the sales team to create and implement commercial strategies to benefit clients and agencies. Katie also leads the local executive team in their local functional strategies and market culture.
Kate leads our branded entertainment team, CREATE. This team spans multiple disciplines critical to designing and delivering integrated media solutions that connect with audiences, drive results for brands and revenue growth for the business.
Andrew leads the Melbourne sales team across both agency and direct clients.
Stephanie leads the Partnerships division within the CREATE team and is responsible for commercialising our owned assets through custom partnerships with advertisers and brands.
With extensive commercial experience across multiple networks, Josh leads NOVA Entertainment’s commercial team in Sydney, creating commercial opportunities for agencies and brands to capitalise on the strength of NOVA’s digital audio and broadcast platforms. Alongside NOVA’s senior commercial leaders and market-leading CREATE team, Josh works closely with holding groups, independent agency partners and direct advertisers.
Paul leads the Gosford sales team and local cross functional market leadership team.
Jaclyn leads the Campaigns division within the CREATE team and is responsible for creating and implementing branded entertainment campaigns for advertisers across strategy, delivery and creative.
Antonell leads the Perth sales team across both agency and direct clients.
Siobhan leads the AI, Trade Insight & Communications and Creative Services functions.
We are looking to create better connection and continuity between data, insight & creativity. Specifically, fusing data with insight-led, customer centric storytelling and strengthening it via creative that connects.
Technology
Luke oversees broadcast operations across all stations and manages the implementation of corporate strategy within Technology
Tom leads a team of IT specialists managing Nova’s information technology, infrastructure systems, and cybersecurity.
